Is it necessary to register my customer with Scalero when I'm not even sure they will build?
Very simple answer. To protect yourself AND your hard earned commission! Feel free to call in advance and register your customer with us. Or you can use the form that we have provided on this site.
OK, I've registered my customer but they're not ready to build right now. How long is the grace period for registration with Scalero Custom Homes?
You will be protected for six months. If your customers are still interested but not ready, we will be happy to renew for another six months—just ask.
Once my customer has decided to build a new home with Scalero Custom Homes, how involved should I be?
As much or as little as you choose. We want your customer to be thrilled with their decision and choices. We will do everything we possibly can to ensure the entire build process goes smoothly and your customers are blissfully happy with their dream home.
Exactly how does Scalero Custom Homes pay commission to realtors?
At the present time we pay 50% of commission due at the slab pour and 50% at roof dry-in. This payment procedure is subject to change at the builders’ discretion.
I have my own personal web site and I would love to market Scalero Custom Homes on it, Do you allow that?
Yes we do. You may upload photos of our exquisite homes to your web site as well as our model listings from MLS. In addition, you may showcase them in your newsletter as well. Please contact us at realtor@scalero.com . We can provide you with high resolution and print re-production photos and logos.
Current Incentive Programs
Scalero Custom Homes pays realtors a 3% commission for procuring home sales.
In addition to the 3% we also offers this special bonus program to our Preferred Realtor members.
- First Closing - $2,000 Bonus to agent
- Second Closing - $3,000 Bonus to agent
- Third and Subsequent Closings - $4,000 Bonus to agent

From time to time, Scalero offers additional incentives to realtors for procuring home sales. These special incentives may be either in addition to the already mentioned commission and bonus, or replace them for the time period that they run. Please check this page periodically to see if we are running additional incentives.
