With many request by clients for a home that was at the lower end of the 3,000 to 4,000 square foot range, Scalero Designers took the popular Portofino model and made a few changes to accomplish this - Mainly, removal of the Guest Bedroom and Living Room Wet Bar. This new 3- bedroom 3,450 square feet home design has the look and feel of its big brother with a much-reduced price tag.

The Anacapri, like the Portofino can be configured with side entry or motor court garages and be tweaked to fit on most lots.
